1. What is the financing amount and profit rate? / Apakah jumlah pembiayaan dan kadar keuntungan?

   • a) Financing Amount (RM): RM500 - RM10,000
   • b) Maximum Annual Percentage Rate (APR): 18% per annum
   • c) Financing Tenure (months): 3 - 24 Months
   • d) Selling Price: Financing Amount + Total Profit

2. How to calculate the monthly installment? / Macam mana ansuran bulanan dikira?

   • A = Monthly Installment Amount
   • P = Financing Amount
   • M = Financing Tenure (in months)
   • R = Profit Rate per month (1.5%)

   Example / Contoh:

   A = RM295 (Monthly Installment Amount)

   Total Profit will be RM540 and Total Repayment will be RM3540.

3. What other charges do I have to pay? / Apakah caj-caj lain yang perlu saya bayar?

   • a) Processing Fee: RM60 - RM400
   • b) Stamp Duty: Included in processing fee
   • c) Wakalah Fee: Included in processing fee
4. What if I fail to fulfill my obligations? / Bagaimana jika saya gagal memenuhi tanggungjawab saya?
   • Late Payment Rate: 1% per annum
   • Late Payment Recovery Services Fee: RM25 for any payment exceeding the 7th day of each due date
